Spreading the word on H&S by Design

The Professional Services Working Group (PSWG) were extremely pleased with the interest and feedback from “Lifting the Bar – Health and Safety by Design”  Event, held at Tūranga earlier in this year.

The podcasts will cover a range of topics relevant to owners and professional services who design, commission and manage assets of various sizes and function.

The goal for the PSWG is to publish a podcast bi-monthly. The first few topics have been identified, with progress underway, and a waiting list of future ideas.  However, your suggestions for podcast speakers and topics are always welcome, so please share these ideas with us.

Podcast topics being considered include:

• Designing for deconstruction
• OPEX benefits in designing for maintenance needs
• Lockdown Considerations
• Documenting Decisions
• Competency in Safety (by design)
• Insurance industry perspectives
