Membership with the Safety Charter can be on either an individual or business level. We support individuals and member business of all sizes from sole traders through to larger companies.
Membership with the Safety Charter is calculated on the number of full-time employees (FTE) or equivalent at the time of joining. The table below show our current fees.

If you are already a Safety Charter member you will receive a renewal notice by email. The annual membership period is 01 July to 30 June annually.

We encourage all members to provide a list of staff they feel will benefit from Safety Charter membership. You are not capped at how many staff are listed under your membership. Our membership team are happy to help you if you are unsure who should be utilising it. Please contact the Charter Administrator.
All members have access to free and discounted events and training within their membership, in conjunction with a raft of other entitlements including full access to a huge range of specific health and safety topics via our Toolbox Talks. This includes pdfs, links, videos and more.
You can easily update your details by emailing the membership team. If you are now with a different organisation, you may need to apply for new membership.
We encourage members to use the Charter Logo to highlight their commitment to ‘working Safely Together’. This logo is for the use exclusively by current members. To check whether your organisation is a current member please use the Member Directory or email the Membership Team.
