The Charter is going back to our roots with the appointment of an Engagement Officer. This position is a vital component of our current strategic plan, and a means to deliver more value to our members. The Engagement Officer will be based in the field, connecting with our stakeholders, and promoting the Charter and its vision.
The Charter was built on a collaborative approach to health and safety, and the primary role of this position will be to work with our membership to develop a shared vision, capability, and delivery of safe work in the Canterbury construction environment.
We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with great people skills. An ability to work independently and as part of a small team, and to build constructive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders are the essential characteristics.
