An inspirational leadership workshop based on improving health and safety culture. The “Dirty Dozen” are the twelve most common causes of error in health and safety management. This workshop looks at what they are, the supervisor’s role in preventing them, and understanding how to create a culture of justice when things go wrong.

David Williams has broad range of life experiences from; solider, tradie, educator, manager, academic and consultant. David brings a world class depth of understanding to complex knowledge related issues. Having travelled extensively, this experience is coupled with great people skills and a practical approach to successful implementation of knowledge related change.
David has helped improve health and safety performance on numerous large capital projects by focussing on knowledge flow and culture development. David designed and helped implement a novel capability development program for new operators on a classified hi-tech production facility using the Undercover Brother™ model.
David is a member of the CHASNZ Steering Committee for the development of the MBIE sponsored ‘Black Hat’ Certificate of Frontline Management.
