Stress and fatigue are  major contributors to workplace accidents and injuries, especially when workers are operating vehicles and machinery.

Do you know how to manage stress and fatigue in your workplace?

This workshop will look at how workplaces become safer  by maintaining good health and the self-management of stress and fatigue. Stressed or fatigued drivers put themselves, their passengers, and other road users at risk. By being a safer driver you help create a safer driving environment for all road users.

These skills apply to all areas of work and personal life not just driving whilst at work

We will cover :

  • causes of stress and fatigue
  • symptoms and effects of stress and fatigue on drivers/operators
  • techniques and benefits in managing personal stress and health
  • actions that can be taken to avoid the onset of fatigue.
